Milwaukee Taxi entrepreneurs protest an unconstitutional law capping the number of cabs at only 321 for the entire city, which violates their right to earn an honest living. The rally featured a press conference on the steps of the Milwaukee County Courthouse before the summary judgment hearing in the case. After the hearing, the judge ruled from the bench that the law was unconstitutional because economic protectionism is not a legitimate government interest.
