Rich Disabled Kids Get the City to Send Them to Private School. Poor Disabled Kids Get Screwed.

A growing number of affluent families in New York City are successfully suing the city on the grounds that public schools for learning-disabled children are so bad that taxpayers need to foot the bill to send their children to elite private institutions. It's a de facto private voucher system that by and large is inaccessible for poor families.
