Rigged coin toss in Iowa - Disappearing from youtube

This clip does not come up in youtube search results for "Iowa coin flip", or "Iowa caucus coin cheat", or any other such term, when it used to be bouncing all over youtube. Finding it in a full and high quality form is something I can't seem to manage at all.

It is even one of the top recommended search terms on youtube, but then doesn't give a decent quality copy of the clip.
